All invitational meets start with a 4:00 PM walkthrough. The start times for the Districts, Regionals, and Provincials will be announced later.
Practise Schedule
- Mondays and Wednesdays - 3:45 - 5:00 pm at PVEC
- Tuesdays - athletes run on their own or in groups before or after school
- Thursdays - rest day.
- Sundays 1:00 - 2:30 pm at the MARC
